It was lovely, elegant and with an amazing view. The setting was excellent, right by beautiful surroundings, and the Dovey valley. Also, we were 2 km from popular place such as King Arthurs Labyrinth.
Nothing all excellent.

The Beautiful King Room featured a spacious layout with a large, comfortable bed, made for a restful night's sleep. Surrounded by lush greenery, the serene environment provided a great backdrop for a relaxing getaway.
The lack of a TV in the room was noticeable, especially after a long day. It would have been nice to unwind with some entertainment. The remote location made it inconvenient when we wanted something light to eat-having a small snack plate or room service option would have been a welcome touch. There were also no staff on-site to assist with inquiries upon arrival, and while the self-check-in system is somewhat practical, it felt a bit impersonal.

Perfect getaway with great views
The bike storage was super convenient, and they even let us use the washing machines for our gear. Breakfast was yummy, and we ordered a tasty cold platter for dinner. The outdoor dining area is a nice touch, but it could get a bit noisy with other guests around.

The breakfast was a highlight, with options like freshly baked pastries and delicious homemade honey. The old-world charm of the building, combined with modern touches, created a cozy atmosphere. The check-in process could use some improvement.

beautiful views, quirky decor, grand piano in music room
The late check-in process needs improvement!!! Dirty kitchenware in the room does not inspire comfort!!! The lack of staff presence left us feeling uneasy in such a remote location!!! A welcome drink on arrival would make a difference!!!

Perfect for a relaxing escape
Breakfast was tailored to our needs with a good selection and I highly recommend their own honey, it was a delight.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but I think it was worth it for what we got.

The stunning views and warm, attentive service. Food service hours were limited and a meat platter for evening snacking would have been appreciated. The room was lovely overall, featuring a unique decor and a good breakfast atmosphere with a charming piano.

The beautiful views across the Dovey valley, especially during sunset, were a highlight. The breakfast options were good, served in an elegantly themed music room. The lack of personal acknowledgment when I needed to cancel due to a health issue was disappointing, reflecting poor communication. Despite the charming decor, I left feeling that guest care could greatly improve.
